I'm not a developer. I'm Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MaxHousePrice, a residential renovation company I run remotely, from 370 miles away. Before that I spent 12 years at Express Homebuyers, ending as COO. I've sold, marketed and run a business, and I taught myself everything else.
Then I taught myself AI and rebuilt how our company runs. The work used to wait on me. Now AI carries out the plan and my team works inside an app I built. I have no coding background. That's the point: if it works for me, it can work for you.
